Refdata or ‘Reference Data’ is a Database of Transacted Property collected from the local Land Offices found in the KL-Klang Valley Region. It contains all the property types transacted or sold. It has a Search Engine with simple search format for easy use.  It is a ‘Subscription Based Online’ Service.

HOW IT WORKS

RefData can search Transacted Property information just by using ‘Keywords’. It can search ‘Address’ of the property. This Search Function can also be amplified to look for a specific ‘Year Range’. It can also search by Buyer or Seller’s Name. The Data will contain all information relating to the Property and the Names of both the Buyer and the Seller. It will also contain the Price, Date and Title of the transacted property.

WHO SHOULD USE IT

This Service is generally used by Real Estate Agencies, Property Negotiators, and Valuers. It actually is the database for the ‘Transacted Price’ of properties in the KL-Klang Valley Region. It ‘helps’ them review certain property enquiries regarding sale. It is suitable for charting Price Trends for Properties in the Kl-Klang Valley
