1. Interested parties are invited to purchase on an "as-is-where-is" basisi for the said Residential Land held under Title No : PN 24932 with total land area of approx : 30.666 acres.

2. Reserve Price : RM18 psf.

3. Interested parties are invited to bid by purchasing the tender document containing details of the properties during office hours at the Reception, Messrs. Tan. Norizan & Associates at RM50.00(non-refundable) to be paid in the form of a Banker's Cheque or a Money Order made payable to Tan, Norizan & Associates. 4. All tenders shall be submitted together with a Tender Bond or Security Deposit of RM10,00.00 only and will be refunded only if the offer is unsuccessful. The Tender Bond shall be in form of bank draft or banker's cheque drawn on a bank registered in Malaysia. The bank draft or banker's cheque shall be drawn in favour of "Tan, Norizan & Associates".

5. The Tender will close at 3.00 pm on 23 July 2011. The Vendor reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or offer to purchase at its sole and absolute disrection.

The tender documentduly completed and signed is to be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "TENDER FOR PURCHASE OF ONE PARCEL OF RESIDENTIAL LAND IDENTIFIED AS LOT 5070, PN 24392, PEKAN TEMPLER, DISTRICT OF GOMBAK, SATE OF SELANGOR, DARUL EHSAN" on the top left hand corner of the envelope and addressed to : -
